Policies

SHIPPING
All packages are processed for shipping within 1-2 weeks of your purchase unless noted in the product description. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of Arrivel once shipped. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders. 

Arrivel is not responsible for any issues related to logistics, delays
or other matters that may arise during transportation of your order by our shipping carriers. Any concerns or problems related to the shipping process should be addressed directly with the respective shipping carrier.


RETURNS

Contact illisoph.llc@gmail.com within 7 business days of received order to request a return. In your request, please note your order #. If approved, we will email you return documents. If your return is not shipped within 5 business days of issuing the documents, the items will no longer be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will provide a refund.

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at illisoph.llc@gmail.com. Items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags.

Please be aware that Arrivel does not provide refunds for shipping costs under any circumstances once the package has been sent. Once shipping charges are incurred, they are non-refundable.
